Out of Athens, Greece comes a band called Toka Lili. Interesting name, and the members from mentioned band have had a previous experiences. After a one single track from 2021.these days, they have released a full-length with 8 tracks in, entitled “Space Lili”.

Their vision of electronic funk, with instrumental pastiche,  and some backing vocal phrases, a group mixes with acid and ambient elements. One interesting “clash” between older and newer tendencies, we can hear in their music message.

To be honest, older expressive variants are more present in the way of making music and treating arrangements, than newer tendencies. But, that was their choice. Check Greek band in You tube and other streaming places…
