Brigid Mae Power is an Irish singer/songwriter whose popularity and importance are growing day by day. She has been recognized as a singer and author, which authentically combines modern folk/roots with a dreamy pop approach. “Dream From The Deep Well” is her fourth album, which expected to be released in June 2023, as a CD, LP and digitally. This is album where we can find 11 tracks in, one of song is cover of Tim Buckley’s “I Must Have Been Blind”. Here is also a moving tribute to the late Ashling Murphy, a 23-year-old Irish primary school teacher and traditional Irish musician, who was attacked and killed while jogging along the Grand Canal just outside Tullamore, County Offaly.
In addition to a very intimate relationship to internal and personal questioning, the songs also have a social, as well as a clear political departure.
The largest number of tracks is done in a medium tempo, where the organized musical accompaniment, comes from the so-called second plan, creating a specific atmosphere.
