Slowman is one of those bands that combines rock/Americana and blues rock in its way. Over the years, they have released 5 albums and several singles. They have held a large number of concerts in Sweden itself, and their music has met with positive reactions over the years.

The key person in the band is guitarist/composer and vocalist Svante Torngren, and together with bassist Owe Eriksson and drummer Thomas „Tompa“ Bjorklund, he has released a new album, called „The Invisible Son“
We can find here and there 11 songs, which can be divided into two parts.  All of the songs describe the thoughts of the group’s leader Svante Slowman Torngren. Musically, the group shows the joy of music and a certain freshness. Elements of rock/blues rock and Americana are present to a uniform extent, and the group shows relevant coherence, as well as experience in interpreting this form. Slowman himself, in cooperation with Ola Cronholm and Christopher Gothberg, did the production in a modern manner.
