Defender, are the premier Scottish tribute to the music of the late, great Rory Gallagher. Over several years, the band have gained a healthy reputation as a high octane live music experience, performing alongside such acts as Joe Bonamassa, Pat Travers, the Sensational Alex Harvey Band, Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes, Tony Joe White,Walter Trout, and the original Country Joe MacDonald Band. They have played all over the British Isles, Ireland, New York and Philadelphia the band are very much like Rory Gallaghers band and love to perform live and off the cuff.
