Dina Grundberg is a newer name on  the national Swedish music scene.During September 2022, she released her debut album, entitled “Jah Ljuger Mest Om Allt”, with 8 tracks in.

She sings in her mother tongue, and her pleasant vocal performance, often bordering on falsetto interpretation, helps the listener to accept her music more easily. So we have a band behind her that “jazzes” in an old-fashioned way, although the jazz influences themselves, touch  more modern standards. That’s the one part of her story, another belongs to folk/roots tendencies and mentioned manners. The arrangements of the songs are seriously done, and the songs, which are mostly of a lighter mid/mid-up tempo, have pronounced elements of emotion and melodiousness.

An album like this could have been recorded during the 70’s, but also in today’s time. But the fact is, that Dina Grundberg showed her authorial and vocal potential in the most possible convincing way.
