Amuse To Death are without  doubt an interesting newer German band, whose members have a lot of previous experience and musical knowledge. It also seems that the idea of creation of such a group, as well as the expressive concept, existed in their heads for some time.

Singer Carmen Grandi stands out in this quartet with her combination of “pure” vocalization and more “aggressive” approach, as well as guitarist Martin Matiasovic. The band is against any kind of violence, homophobia, restrictions on human rights and restrictions of freedom of expression.

But musically, the band combines several varieties of progressive and extreme metal, with elements of swing, and music from the 20s and 30s era of the last century. There is no doubt, that such a combination is unique unusual and original. And all four compositions from the EP sound in the mentioned way.
Amuse To Death experiment stylistically, their approach is quite expressive and colorful, and the arrangements are interesting. We will see how the potential audience reacts.
