Potter’s Daughter was formed in NYC while Dyanne was studying classical piano performance at the Manhattan School of Music. The group performed regularly in NYC, as well as in northeastern PA.

Potter’s Daughter has been featured on radio, tv, and in national and international magazines and blogs. Now, joining forces with longtime friend, Amit Chatterjee, (producer, arranger, and guitarist), and Ian C. Voegtlin (composer, guitarist, and saxophonist), they released the new Art Rock/Prog Fusion album, The Blind Side, (released Aug 2018) which features Lincoln Goines on bass and Randy Crafton on acoustic drum set and percussion. Most recently they released a follow up single, Blood and Water (released Aug 2019) which features Annie Haslam (lead vocalist in Renaissance) as guest vocalist.
